DBT Skills Group for Neurodivergent Adults (18+) Struggling with big emotions, burnout, or navigating life when your brain works differently? This weekly virtual group teaches practical DBT skills you can actually use in everyday life. Over 8 weeks, you’ll learn and practice mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness, adapted for neurodivergent learning styles and sensory needs.
This is a skills-focused group, not a therapy space, so each session is about learning and trying out strategies that fit your unique brain. Queer and trans affirming, all neurodivergent adults 18+ are welcome. Sessions start 1/26/26, meet weekly for 1.5 hours, and are fully virtual.
Join Our Grief & Bereavement Group If you’re navigating loss, you don’t have to do it alone. Our upcoming 8-week virtual group will guide you through complex feelings, coping skills, self-care, and creating meaning after death. Together, we’ll explore grief and identity, process pain, and support one another in a safe, compassionate space.
When: Wednesdays, Jan 7 – Mar 4 | 6:30–8:00 PM PST Where: Virtual (Zoom) | Cost: $50 for all 8 sessions
