We are a remote practice and only offering tele-health sessions over zoom. We do not offer in person services.
Individual session is $140 – 50 min
Initial intake session is $175 – 50-60 mins
Coaching session is $140 – 50 min
All insurance claims require diagnoses and release of clinical information to prove medical necessity for therapeutic services. If you opt to not use insurance, insurance has no say in the course of your treatment.
Additional reasons you might not want to use insurance:
– high deductible plans
– security clearance, sensitive, political, or military employment
– divorce and/or custodial proceedings
– general desire for privacy.
Many individuals do not appreciate labels and diagnoses
Insurance does not cover coaching sessions. We do not provide superbills for coaching sessions.
We are in network with Premera, Aetna, and Cigna. (and out of network with Regence, United etc.)
All other insurance plans we are are considered out of network with.
We are happy to provide you with a super bill for reimbursement.
If your policy provides for out-of-network providers, your insurance company will reimburse you for a portion or all of your session fee. Any reimbursement provided by the insurance company goes directly to you, the client.
We cannot guarantee your insurance coverage and encourage you to call your insurance company to verify your benefits, cost of copay, and or deductible.
We encourage you to check out Reimbursify. Reimbursify (https://reimbursify.com) is an online service that will do your out-of-network billing for you. Reimbursify will check if your insurance company will reimburse you, and if so they will collect your invoice or super-bill and submit your claim on your behalf. The app is free to download and each claim (one session) is $2.99. You can also purchase packages at a discount. If there is an error with the claim, Reimbursify will work with you to resolve it, free of charge.
You will not be able to be reimbursed for coaching sessions, as they are not covered by insurance. We do not provide superbills for coaching sessions. However you may use your HSA/FSA funds towards this.
No. We do not verify benefits. Not all insurance companies are created equal – the same goes for each insurance policy. Therefore it is up to the client to contact their insurance company to find out what their deductible, copay, and coverage is. We will however let you know if we are in network or not. And we will also provide you with a super bill for reimbursement from your insurance if we are out of network with your carrier.
Yes, here at Zane Counseling we speak fluent teen and have expertise in supporting teens mental health.
We require 48 hour cancellation notice via email. When a session is cancelled without adequate notice, we are unable to fill this time slot by offering it to another client. A full session fee will be charged for a missed or late cancelled appointment without giving 48 hour notice.
Yes. We are licensed to serve anyone residing anywhere in the state of WA as a resident
