My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, compassion, and collaboration. I recognizes that each client's journey is unique and strives to create a non-judgmental space where clients can explore their feelings and concerns. With evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, and EMDR, I support clients in achieving their goals and improving their mental health.
When I am not in the therapy room, I enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening, farming, practicing yoga, and cooking. My love of nature and the outdoors informs my work with clients, and I believe that connecting with nature can be a powerful tool for healing.

I am currently as associate licensed clinical social worker in Washington working with youth and adults of all identities. I use a relational approach which includes an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, healing focus that engages my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I partner closely with my clients to identify and support their goals for counseling in an open and nonjudgmental environment. We will engage your strengths, interests, passions, and intersecting identities as the vehicle for your transformation and healing. I work with individuals, couples, and families to facilitate the unpacking of what is working and not working for you, identify sources of friction or discomfort, embrace emotions and understand distress.
Especially in this particularly challenging time, everyone deserves the support and resources necessary to survive and thrive. I would love to be on your team.
